The help desk is open on regular ICTP work days (Monday to Friday except for ICTP Holidays) at least from 10:30 to 12:00 in the morning and from 13:30 to 15:00 in the afternoon, but usually also earlier in the morning and later in the afternoon.

It is located on the ground floor (1S) of the Leonardo Building, in room 5. You can reach it from the Infopoint, going through the corridor at the left side of the Budinich Lecture Hall.
