Help desk

The help desk is open on regular ICTP work days (Monday to Friday except for ICTP Holidays) from 10:30 to 12:00 in the morning and from 13:30 to 15:00 in the afternoon. This also applies to our virtual helpdesk (see below).

A) Contact ICTS when in presence

  • Through the phone number (+390402240) 999
  • In person, in office number 2 of the Leonardo Building, walking from the lobby through the corridor left of the Budinich lecture hall (see map). It's best to call first to verify we are there.

b) Contact ICTS online

  • Call the Virtual Helpdesk. You will have to wait in the lobby first. When the button Join call appears, you can either click it for a video call or type a message in the chat, e.g. to leave a phone number to be called back.
  • Submit a request or report a malfunction in our system via our web form.
