The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Mohamed ElBaradei, will visit ICTP on Friday, 3 September. He will be accompanied by Sueo Machi, IAEA's Deputy Director General, Department of Nuclear Sciences and Applications, and H.S. Cherif, IAEA's Head of the Office of Programme Support and Evaluation. The Director General will meet with ICTP Director Miguel Virasoro; heads of ICTP's scientific research groups, external support services and administration; and Centre associates and diploma students. He will also tour the Centre's facilities, including its lecture halls, library and computer centres. The Director General will address ICTP's staff and scientists at 12:30 in the Main Lecture Hall. All are invited to attend.
